Setting up your account is very straight forward. Simply follow these steps:
If you are buying a firearm, your purchase will have to be shipped to a local dealer.
Once you select your firearm and make your purchase, go to our Dealers Network and look for a dealer you would like to work with. If you do not see one, or if you would like to have your favorite dealer receive your new firearm, send them the “Join our Dealer Network” link. When they upload their information, please make sure they include your order number so that the two can be matched.
Once this is done, you will both receive updates regarding the order.
Yes. Handguns and rifles are heavily restricted in California. In order for a California resident to purchase a handgun, it must appear on the State of California’s Department of Justice Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. If it does not appear on the roster, we cannot ship the handgun to California. There are multiple rifles and shotguns that are banned by name in the State of California by sale. It is your responsibility to ensure that the rifle or shotgun is permitted for sale in your state. Firearms shipped to California with a magazine capacity greater than 10 will ship without any magazines, unless the firearm is stated as being California Compliant.
National Firearms Act (NFA), Title II (Class III) items commonly available for purchase include select-fire machine guns (“full auto”) manufactured before 19 May 1986 (including certain parts for these firearms), short-barreled rifles and shotguns, suppressors (“silencers”) and any part comprising a suppressor, and a selection of firearms identified as Any Other Weapons (AOW).
The Big Dog category of NFA weapons is what is known as Destructive Devices. The term “destructive device” shall not include any device which is neither designed nor redesigned for use as a weapon; any device, although originally designed for use as a weapon, which is redesigned for use as a signaling, pyrotechnic, line throwing, safety, or similar device; surplus ordnance sold, loaned, or given by the Secretary of the Army pursuant to the provisions of section 7684(2), 7685, or 7686 of title 10, United States Code; or any other device which the Secretary finds is not likely to be used as a weapon, or is an antique or is a rifle which the owner intends to use solely for

No. FBMG is a 100% disabled Veteran owned and operated company, so we understand and appreciate the sacrifices made by our brothers and sisters in uniform. But due to the nature of the marketplace and our desire to service the community as best we can, we do not offer military or LEO discounts on daily sales.
With that said, when we are presented an opportunity by one of our manufacturers for military or LEO specials, we will pass every penny of that discount along to our brothers and sisters that serve(d) this great Nation.
Yes. Most states allow ammunition to be shipped directly to your home or place of business. However, federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
Just like you do any other firearms, but it does take much longer to get. You buy it, have your dealer send their FFL and SOT to us (if it is not on file) and we do the dealer to dealer transfer. Then, once the ATF allows us to send it to them, they begin the transfer to you.
ATTENTION: All ammunition requires an adult signature over 21 upon delivery, no exceptions. Cannot ship ammo to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. The following locations have ammunition restrictions.
If you are in Illinois a FOID card must be on file before we will ship. If you are in New Jersey a FPID card must be on file before we will ship handgun ammo.
If you are in California we will only ship to a C&R holder with COE, an FFL dealer, or to a licensed Ammo Vendor. If you are in Los Angeles City, Chicago, Cook County IL, or New York State we will only ship to an FFL dealer.
If you are in Massachusetts or Washington, DC no ammo delivers. If you are in Connecticut a State permit, certificate, or FFL is required.
WARNING: This product can expose you to lead which is known to the State of California to cause Cancer and Reproductive Harm.
